Delete your STAGE account
You can delete your account and associated STAGE data even if you no longer have the app installed.
In the app
Open Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. Deletion is started immediately and you are signed out.
Without the app
- Email info@stageco.pl from the email address connected to your STAGE account.
- Use the subject “STAGE account deletion”.
- We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the account belongs to you. You do not need to reinstall the app.
What is deleted
The active STAGE database deletes the account and associated profile, sessions, authentication links, media, cars, community and event submissions, support messages, loyalty and quest history, orders, favourites, blocks and navigation records. Technical error occurrences remain only until their normal expiry after account and session identifiers are removed.
Limited retention
Information that must be retained separately to meet a legal duty or establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be kept only for the applicable statutory period and then deleted or anonymised.
